Care instructions 

Are your products food safe & dishwasher safe?

Yes, all of our pieces are food safe and dishwasher safe. 

However, to best care for them, we would strongly recommend hand washing to ensure the glazes remain bright and beautiful.

Shipping

How long does it take to ship out an order?

We do our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible. However, please allow up to 5 working days from purchase for your order to be sent.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, postage is based on your destination and the weight of your order. Please note you will be responsible for paying any custom or tax fees.

Returns 

Do you accept returns or refunds?

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. However, if there is an issue with your order, please get in contact with us as soon as possible so we can sort it out for you. 

What if my order arrives damaged?

We spend a lot of time ensuring all orders are wrapped carefully to avoid breakage. However, in the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please get in contact with us as soon as possible at saygeceramics@gmail.com with images of the damage to organise a refund or to get a replacement sent out to you.
