The Maker

Sayge Ceramics was set up in Spring 2022 as a passion hobby turned small business venture. I love using a mixture of wheel throwing and hand building techniques, to create colourful, playful ceramics that will uplift your mood and become timeless pieces that will be treasured in your home forever.

Each piece is handmade in my little home studio space, using a stoneware clay and fired to around 1200 degrees in a kiln. The entire process from start to finish takes around 3 weeks. It’s a timely process that results in each piece being truly unique. I enjoy documenting the process of my work, creating content to share on social platforms to inspire others to practice ceramics as I believe its a medium that can be beneficial to everyone.
